"Why do you have a waiting list?"
Our facility is licensed for 118 children. We have a maximum amount of children that are allowed in each classroom due to size and safety. Each of our 8 classrooms are designated to separate age groups. We are currently on a waiting list for each of our 8 classrooms because they all are at capacity for the amount of children that each room can have to maintain a safe, learning environment.
"How does the waiting list work?"
When a parent or guardian places a child on the waiting list, we enter their information into our system, and they are placed on a list in order. This does not mean that we will have a spot open up for that person, it means that when we do have a spot open up, we will start calling from the top of the list and continue until we find someone who is still looking for our childcare services.
"When will a spot come open?"
The only way a spot comes open is if a child who is currently enrolled at our facility unenrolls and no longer will be attending. This is a very rare occurrence, so unfortunately spots opening up are a rare occurrence. Since it is a rare occurrence for a family to unenroll from our care, we are unable to give an estimated date or time that a spot will become available.
"How long is your waiting list?"
Unfortunately, our waiting lists for each classroom are quite long. However, we always suggest to families to get on the waiting list if they are interested in care because you never know if we could have an opening arise and if others ahead of you on the list are not needing care. We just might be able to call you!
"When should we get on the waiting list for an infant?"
We highly suggest that if a family finds out they are pregnant and know they want to use New Adventures Learning Center, get on the list as soon as possible! It is never too soon to go ahead and get on the waiting list. Again, this does not mean we will have a spot open up, but knowing in advance is much better odds.
Please understand that we truly wish that we could accept every family who wants to attend New Adventures! It saddens us when we have to add another family to the list and are not able to provide the childcare services that they need.
We are so blessed with some of the most amazing families enrolled who love and support us! We love our NALC family!
Want a tour of the facility? Due to helping to keep the spread of germs at a minimum, we are limiting the number of visitors in the center, and we are not currently giving tours of the center.
If we contact you about a spot opening up, we will schedule a tour of our center.
