NALC Staff is trained throughout the year to maintain State requirements, to expand their childcare and child development knowledge, and to help stay updated on new and exciting ideas to incorporate in their classrooms. Each Staff member receives 22+ training hours each year.

Kimberly Hanks has been NALC's Director since opening in 2013. Kimberly and Chris took over ownership of NALC March 2021. They are both very passionate about the center, staff, parents and children at NALC.
